InCrane App

Industrial Internet of Things for Crane - Smart system for container crane monitoring and maintenance.

Overview InCrane App is an Industrial IoT solution developed for port authorities to monitor and maintain container cranes. The system combines IoT sensors, computer vision, and thermal imaging to predict component failures before they occur.

Features - Real-time monitoring of critical crane components - Thermal anomaly detection for electrical systems - Vibration analysis for mechanical components - AI-powered predictive maintenance scheduling - Mobile and web dashboards for maintenance teams - Integration with ERP and maintenance management systems

Technical Implementation The system uses a network of IoT sensors (temperature, vibration, current, etc.) connected via a mesh network to edge gateways. Data is preprocessed at the edge and sent to the cloud for deep analysis. The predictive maintenance module utilizes machine learning models trained on historical failure data to predict potential issues up to 2 weeks in advance.

Impact Deployed at Tanjung Priok Port (Jakarta) and Tanjung Perak Port (Surabaya), InCrane has reduced crane downtime by 43% and maintenance costs by 27% within the first year of implementation.
