Intelligent Camera System for Health Protocol Detection using IoT and Machine Learning.
Overview INCLUDE-C19 is an integrated IoT and Computer Vision system designed during the COVID-19 pandemic to help enforce health protocols in public spaces. The system utilizes computer vision algorithms to detect mask usage and physical distancing violations in real-time.

Technical Implementation The system uses a combination of YOLOv4 for object detection and a custom CNN model for mask classification. The physical distancing module uses a monocular depth estimation approach with SORT algorithm for person tracking. All processing is done on the edge using NVIDIA Jetson Nano devices, with data aggregation and analytics processed in the cloud.
Impact Deployed in over 20 locations including government offices, shopping malls, and public transit stations in Indonesia. The system helped reduce protocol violations by 65% in these locations over a 6-month period.
